Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to relax by the sea. The hotel offers stunning views and a truly serene atmosphere. The rooms were warm and cozy, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. Overall, a hidden gem perfect for a quiet getaway.
The hotel offers stunning views over Galway Bay and the surrounding nature, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The service is exceptional, especially in the Gallery Restaurant, and the location is truly breathtaking. However, the dining experience could be improved with fresher dishes, and there were some unexpected charges for unconsumed items.
The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with faultless food and service, but the rooms need updating. While functional, they could benefit from a refresh. Some room configurations may be uncomfortable for guests.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the interiors were fabulous, and the super king bed was very comfortable, but there was no lift to the lower level, and the place felt a bit outdated and cold, especially on the stormy night I stayed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean but in need of renovation and lacked some basic amenities. The service was reliable overall, although there were a few hiccups in the bar. The location was excellent with stunning views, but there were incidences of rudeness. The dining experience was varied but enjoyable. The facilities were decent but could use some improvements.
The hotel had spacious rooms, although the beds were not that wide. An upgrade in the bedrooms is needed. The service with Mother was helpful and friendly at all times, even catching the attention of the manager. The location was fabulous, with views of the Aran Islands from the shoreline. The dining experience was not up to usual standards, and the facilities were in need of improvements.
